The Inner Circle
The site was originally just an open side yard, not really serving any purpose.
The garden now is set apart from the sidewalk, providing a place of tranquility.
The only two items that were kept were the statue and the dogwood.
Those two items have now been incorporated very easily into the finalized garden.
Soon after construction, the interior has taken shape. The pavers and the circle of stones provide spaces where loved ones' names can be engraved.
The screening plants have established themselves, creating an outdoor room within.
From the main entrance, the pathway leads to the inner circle.
The pathway now has many names engraved on the pavers.
Many of the stones in the garden have also been engraved, and the benches provide seating for memorial ceremonies and quiet reflection.
